It's always a good visit when you walk out with no new medication. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The doctor was extremely attentive and listened. A rare trait. I would recommend her to anyone.
Do not recommend. Had terrible experience with front staff and Dr. Amy Redmer.
Rude customer service. No urgency to get you help even during minor emergencies (inhaler refills, medication renewal etc). This place is not LGBT friendly. Doctor I saw does not provide Prep which is wild, and I believe due to religious reasons.
I VISITED THE DOCTOR’S OFFICE ON THE 11AUG.25 OF DR.DAHM THE OLD ER WHITE LADY TOLD ME SHE NEEDED A COUPLE OF SIGNATURES ON THE KEYPAD BUT I ASKED DO I OLE A CO- PAY OR BILL SHE REPLIED NO, BUT COULDN’T EXPLAIN THOUGHTFUL ENOUGH ABOUT THE PAPER DUE TO BEING MIDDLE-AGED AND CONCERNED ABOUT IT BUT HAND ME THE LAMENTING CHART OF IT TO READ WHEN SHE TALKED ABOUT RUINING A COPY OFF BUT DIDNT.
