We have been going here for many years and have always received the best care. Dr Conrad and staff are very caring and always helpful.
I’m not sure I can give less than 1 star but would like to. The receptionist could be one of the rudest people I’ve experienced in any setting. She was mean and very unhelpful. Can’t believe this place allows a woman like this to work there.
We moved to Rochester from out of state and found this was the only local clinic. We found the care provided adequate, but over the last two years we just continue to experience repeated billing issues. We are double-covered, but this office continues to bill the wrong primary and secondary insurance companies. They also don’t respond to insurance providers request for information promptly to approve medications. We have to call the main HSHS line to correct the mistakes on a repeated basis.
