A month ago I would have given 5 stars. I've been going to Chatham Family Practice for over 24 years and have always been satisfied with their care until a week ago. Now twice within the last week I've needed refills of medications, twice my pharmacy has contacted them a couple days ahead of when I would run out, and twice HSHS Chatham claims to have not received the message from my pharmacy. Last week, my one year old tripped and hit his head on a dresser. The wound was bleeding and I couldn’t get a good look at it. Like any concerned mom, I took him to the closest place I could think of, which happened to be HSHS in Chatham. The hospitals and his normal pediatrician are 25 minutes away, and I really just wanted to know if he needed stitches before taking him so far. The staff were kind, and eager to help.
