The doctor and her assistant were polite an helped me on and off the exam table. I like how the doctor told me before what she was going to do and how/what I might feel.
Fairly easy to get scheduled. No waiting upon arrival or in exam room. Friendly, informative and thorough.
All the providers I've had have been great. I am very appreciative.
Dr. Shepherd and her staff are amazing. They are very sweet and professional. I also feel welcomed when I go there.
Great when in the office. Just hate when I call back I’m always waiting so long to talk to a nurse.
