Failed to do her job getting a planters wart out of my foot all the way, when i rescheduled a second time and unpleasantly got the same person they made a 3rd reschedule because they're apparently that busy despite being in a waiting room for 30 minutes watching nurses look up and down the halls for people who aren't there, poor quality service, would not recommend this podiatrist. will be seeking treatment out of town.

Springfield Clinic, as an entity, appears to specialize multiple billing offices, disconnected departments, and an astonishing resistance to responsibility. As a patient enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, and UnitedHealthcare, I am not subject to co-payments under my coverage, but Springfield Clinics billing department seems to be lacking in that knowledge. . I have been with a Springfield clinic for 6 months now after moving from out of state 2 years ago. It took a while after trying OSF and carls health. I am so happy with my new primary care doctor, Dr Ilahi. It is such a peace of mind to have a Dr. you not only trust but like. The staff in her office is alway wonderful.

My phone rang at 6:00am this morning which I am accustomed to because I am an early riser and typically get to the office early. To my surprise, it was a real doctor, MY doctor - Dr. Valenzuela calling me personally to verify my prescription refill needs and check in on me. I have never in my entire life had a doctor call me personally to check in on me. Doctor Gilbert is great. I have been seeing him for 15 years. However, I owed money and was paying every month. The billing department called me and they wanted their money right away. I don't have a credit card and I don't have any money. I told them I would pay and had in fact been paying for months. They told me it didn't matter and they were sending me to collections. I'm not sure what to do now. I'm not in a good situation.
