The wrong type hospital bed was delivered, it was assembled incorrectly and was placed in the wrong room. It was dirty with a torn mattress cover and the tray had dirty rings from glasses. I left the hospital an hour early to make sure everything had been taken care of as the HSHS rep had promised and it was a nightmare. We had several different nurses who were nice but the care was perfunctory. I think they operated on the assumption that it was OK for Mom to be neglected by staff at her nursing facility.
