Not usually one to leave reviews, but I’m so upset with the customer service at this facility. The providers and nurses are good, which is why I gave 2 stars. However, the receptionists are very rude and dismissive. I understand you’re busy and probably don’t want to be there, but the snarky comments to people trying to sign in or ask questions are not necessary.
Love these ladies they always take the best care of me and my family! Just know we appreciate your kindness. All of the staff is wonderful!
