I highly recommend HSG furnace! Sam is so understanding, and so efficient! I called him first thing in the morning as my senior grandmother had furnace issues and was without heat, he without hesitation made it to her house immediately to diagnose, pick up parts and get the install done to get heat going for her! Very reasonable prices! Couldn't be happier! Thanks again Sam!
Sam was great to work with and is both knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. We never felt pushed down a path as we were given options of how to proceed with an installation after running into some snags. He was able to clearly communicate the pros and cons of each option and gave us the freedom to ask clarifying questions and then choose for ourselves which way to proceed. He was patient and polite throughout the entire process and was very respectful of us and our home.

Sam was great to work with! He was great to communicate with and he did a very professional job explaining the install of the dishwasher I had purchased. Unfortunately my new dishwasher did not end up working correctly due to a manufacturer defect, so I returned that one and had Sam back a second time to install another model. This one installed perfectly and worked right away. Again he was great to work with and I would definitely recommend him and his company. Melissa
I woke up and realized that my furnace wasn't working... I love how he provided different options while keeping the cost low as possible for me. Super professional, but at the same timeIt felt like a friendly neighbor helping! Highly recommend and for myself, will exclusively be using them for any future problems I have in regards to my furnace.
