I had an initial consultation scheduled but no one called so I called them. I was connected to the operations director. I was barely able to get two sentences in and I was talked to in a ridiculous way without being able to explain myself further. The lady wouldn’t listen at all and was super rude, talking about how I’ll Ioose without even knowing a fraction of the story. I essentially had to hang up the phone on her. Awful experience.
