3/10/26 update Mr Herbig's wife has been holding the deed for a week now and said she would deliver it if I amended my review. This is an unusual request but in the spirit of compromise, I do need to acknolwedge she is attempting, in her own way, to make it right. Mr Herbig wrongly prepared a deed for one of his client. He put the wrong legal description on the document and put my property instead of his client. This is a huge mistake and we have been requesting a correction for weeks.
