I was a patient of Dr. Farag and the only reason why I decided to be a patient of hers a year ago was because of the positive patient reviews in regard to her knowledge and care. I saw her for an annual exam November 12, 2024 and she ordered labs to be completed fasting. I am 55, going to GYN for years, never felt more care for than being treated by Dr. T. and very happy with the entire staff.
I waiting for a callback/ result 11-10-25. I called several times the only response I received was from the recipient . Today I spoke to a medical assistant name ( Janine). Janine hang up on me because her feelings were hurt when I voice my frustration on not receiving a callback even though my chart claim that some sort of result was given to me. No one call me at all. This is the worst doctor office I have dealt with. The lack of unprofessional and rude staff. Ladies stay away from this office.
Doctor was a joke she looked liked something from a cartoon, was dismissive when I had questions. Could not get results for tests for two weeks. Turned out I have a UTI and had to go to another doctor to get meds. Never going back there ever again. Oh and I had to wait an hour and a half to see the doctor.
I’ve going to this practice since they opened. Dr. Frandina has been great, Dr. Sam & Dr. T have also been great. Dr Farag did my surgery & it went perfectly. I recommend any of the drs here.
