On my third Dr. Still in pain, still in physical therapy. For what? No diagnosis, because no data, because no testing. I finally asked why and got a nerve conductivity test. They lost the referral... going from 2nd to 6th floor referral was lost. After I called several times, (each time told someone would get back to me in a few days [no one ever did]) they finally found my referral. I had my test which for some reason they only do on Mondays unless it snows??? Then they can do it on other days. Now I am waiting for a referr... read more

Quick appointments, very short wait once time of appointment arrives, compassionate, friendly and terrific care!

At first they seemed great. 1) dr are friendly, but because they are teachers, so most of the time they seem not to care. They listen to the problem then instead of attempting to do the work and figuring out the problem they send you to a specialist... HOWEVER, the referals never go through. If they do go through you never get notified. 2) their automated service is aweful. There is always something broken. Eventually you get a human, but no matter what's in the notes you provide... the staff and doctors never read the notes... read more

These doctors cause me to lose my pain management doctor. They were going back on 4th on who is going to work on my short-term disability and because they had to talk with my pain management doctor whatever was said she got upset and drop me. There is a different doctor every time I come here and none of them seem to know what's going on. If you want a real doctor you need that relationship and here you're just another person.
