I ripped a $50 note. I went here to replace it. The woman at the bank told me they are unable to replace it because they will be out of pocket. Then she was confrontationally asking me where I got the $50 from. I explained it’s my $50 and I ripped it as I was paying for something. Then I went down to CommBank who replaced it instantly for me no questions asked
I was assisted by Wilson at Doncaster branch today. Great experience, he has been very patient, went thru all the details and answers all my questions and helped me set up the online banking as well. Great customer service, appreciate the help Wilson
Do not go there ! ! Poor and bad customer service. I made deposit to my account and asked for computer receipt, and the lady staff was so rude to tell me “ I am not allowed to ask for the computer receipt right away and she was very rude and unhappy to input my cheque deposit into the computer ! “. This staff lady was from Malaysia. HSBC - I am your customer and made large deposit into your bank. Why I am not allowed to ask for computer receipt for my deposit ? Why ? Very disappointed in the face to face customer service at HSBC Doncaster. The lady Barely greeted and was so unhelpful.
