Very disappointed in the face to face customer service at HSBC Doncaster. The lady Barely greeted and was so unhelpful.
Janice Ong working at Westfield Doncaster HSBC branch provides excellent customer service. As a customer, can experience she is really customer orientated and work professionally to address customer need. Really make a difference and its what I look for from a bank service
I visited the Doncaster branch on Saturday and was lucky to only have about a 5-10 minute wait. Sylar was very kind and resolved my issue quickly. I appreciate that the branch is open on Saturdays and the excellent service from the staff.
Fair to note on Saturday’s limited banking services. Diligent rostered staffs on duty foregoing their Sat rest day. Salute 🫡
Pleasant and efficient banking experience even though notably branch is pretty short handed. Great job !
