Good service, no need to waiting 30mins like big guys
I found it extremely difficult to understand the staff over the phone, and I had to repeat everything multiple times. Then, I was left on hold for an extended period. I was trying to inquire about transferring my banking from NAB, who provide terrible customer service. Now, I’m starting to feel like the entire banking system is the same everywhere.
