Very bad, I have refinanced 2 properties from CBA to HSBC, Henry was the person who handled this transfer. Before the settlement, his communications with me was in lightspeed, but after the settlement, I asked him questions a couple of times but he just ignored me. Initially I have a few friends wanted me to suggest any bank for refinance, so lucky I haven't recommended them to this guy
