I was told to come into this branch for an appointment on Saturday morning. When I arrived, the branch is closed. I was told that they aren’t open on Saturday through the contact center. It was surprising when they are the one who booked my appointment in the first place. Really frustrating experience.

I’m very unhappy with their service I had bed experience. They didn’t give me my own money with no reason for six days. That’s why I lost the change to buy a house I gave an offer. Be careful with their service...
worst service in the world
Had the worst experience at this branch. The "premier relations manager" sold my fiancé and I our MORTGAGE and lied about all the perks HSBC offers. He even tried to steal our $1000 bonus!! AFTER signing up for the mortgage we found out 2 months later that he lied to us and he was FIRED. BE CAREFUL. We were first time home buyers and this was such a nightmare!!
