Long waiting..no good customer service..useless staff.. I don’t know if the RBC hear office is aware of this staff here?..i can’t imagine this is a bank even..they are treating customers as SLAVES..they dont care about the big line and colleagues talk to each other drink coffee ,.no RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS NO RESPECT FOR TIME..PATHETIC BRANCH AND STAFF AT COUNTERS..please avoid going here please don’t ruin your day by going here

This is the worst RBC branch The employee here has zero respect to their customers. Worst place to go Im highly not recommend. Don’t let them ruin your day and waste your time!
Today I just finished my very complicated banking Resp, Rrsp , fixed deposit with Joey , she is very knowledgeable. I got zero knowledge about investment, she explains very details and teaches me how to benefit more from my investments. Thank you so much for your precious time.
