This RBC branch should be closed and the staff should be terminated. They are the most rude and unprofessional bank staff I have ever met. I happened to be in the area and had to go to RBC for my business. They gave me so many troubles and refused to assist and asked me to go to another branch because other branch could help but not this branch. I am also filing a formal complaint to RBC back office.
I came into RBC trying to merge 2 accounts (1 from HSBC and 1 originally with RBC). Neo Tu was so patient, knowledgeable, and professional. The process took almost an hour but he was diligent and was able to get it done for me. I really appreciate his great customer service as I have been trying to consolidate these accounts for over a year.
Long waiting..no good customer service..useless staff.. I don’t know if the RBC hear office is aware of this staff here?..i can’t imagine this is a bank even..they are treating customers as SLAVES..they dont care about the big line and colleagues talk to each other drink coffee ,.no RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS NO RESPECT FOR TIME..PATHETIC BRANCH AND STAFF AT COUNTERS..please avoid going here please don’t ruin your day by going here
Staff are very slow and not professional.
