The teller is nice, I picked up my credit there, the teller is patient to ans my questions
Not sure how they can allow an ATM to exist if it doesn't take deposits. And it's not just one time. Fix it!
Wonderful and friendly staff!
There is a female financial advisor at this branch that meddles and gossip with my mother and misleads her with unwarranted worries about mortgages. When asked to print an account summary as part of a request from another RBC branch as part of a routine mortgage verification, this financial advisor took it upon herself to contact the other branch and engaged in discussions without our consent. Stay away from this location. Especially if you have elderly parents that do not understand online banking.
