Not sure how they can allow an ATM to exist if it doesn't take deposits. And it's not just one time. Fix it!
Wonderful and friendly staff!
There is a female financial advisor at this branch that meddles and gossip with my mother and misleads her with unwarranted worries about mortgages. When asked to print an account summary as part of a request from another RBC branch as part of a routine mortgage verification, this financial advisor took it upon herself to contact the other branch and engaged in discussions without our consent. Stay away from this location. Especially if you have elderly parents that do not understand online banking.
This RBC branch should be closed and the staff should be terminated. They are the most rude and unprofessional bank staff I have ever met. I happened to be in the area and had to go to RBC for my business. They gave me so many troubles and refused to assist and asked me to go to another branch because other branch could help but not this branch. I am also filing a formal complaint to RBC back office.
