Bad bad bad, I don't know why this place is still open!!! No service or pick-up calls plus they never do the jobs!!! I thought they should help out the customer it’s the first priority. Don't even think have any rate or star at all
They have the worst front desk and the worker not willing to help at all. Bad customer services even see
Thankful that they kept a presence in flushing. Was able to do a withdrawal. May be a small operation but priceless for hsbc customers. Many people in the neighborhood will tell you that HSBC has closed completely in the area but they are still there just with a smaller operation.
