I’m genuinely shocked by how poorly the manager at this branch handled a basic legal name change. This is one of the simplest requests a bank processes, yet the manager made it far more difficult than it needed to be. The lack of competence and practical judgment was obvious from the start. They gave incorrect guidance, seemed unsure of the steps, and couldn’t provide clear or confident direction on a routine procedure.
