My personal banker is never there. People at the desk were rude, manager was condescending. Wanted to deposit more money but because of their unprofessional and whatever behavior, I just closed out my account. Will either try another branch or another bank. There are plenty of banks that would love new money and appreciate my business.
Drove 45 minutes to this branch ( the only branch available) took another 30 minutes just to make a deposit. No one available to help deposit was made through a Machine smh
I had a pretty good experience with HSBC Scarsdale. I had to exchange some currency for an upcoming vacation. Call ahead of time to order the currency and someone answered the phone immediately. It was very easy ordering the foreign currency on the phone. They called me back the next business day informing me it's ready for pickup. Pickup was quick and easy as well. Easy parking.
