Just plain incompetent and that's something unacceptable for someone holding me money. Worst off even when they admit that the error (which cost you time and money) was 100% their's they act like a monopoly and don't do anything to make up for it. Not because their aren't other options but because they simple don't care and because making up for errors might cost more than they think you're worth. Just pure sleaze.
Horrible service. Poorly managed. Hard to find someone to help you. One person is either running around like a mule or the others in their office too busy to talk. Tried to talk to a manager and of course not at work. Never again.

I want to say that the service is fantastic when I deal with Denisa Kalaj. She’s always very helpful and goes above and beyond.
Horrible. One man helping a crowd. No rhyme or reason as to what goes on. No teller stations, no privacy when doing a transaction or counting money!! . Ridiculously long wait times. People “working” behind smoked glass ignoring everyone and never looking up to see if they could actually DO anything to help anyone. What an absolute disgrace this operation has become. Total disrespect for those who have entrusted them with our money. Just leave this bank before they close down their last branch within 50 miles. Ugh. ZERO STARS
