Worst bank ever. They're still in the 19th century
The service at the Bay Parkway branch definitely needs improvement. Zero customers at the location, but the wait was still 15mins! Then, the support was subpar, with the attitude of why are you bothering me! What a BiG mistake if HSBC kept this branch open as a representation of the business! Thanks for pushing me to close out my accounts after being a loyal customer for over 10 years!
