With all the computers n printers they have. NO HOURS ARE POSTED ON THE DOOR DURING THE LONG WEEKEND. Saturday is not the Holiday , it is Monday family day.
Changed from HSBC to RBC and busines banking service is very poor. Expect no replies.
Don't go here. I honestly feel they don't want your business and they also can't correctly explain any offer on their website. Then they tell you to another financial advisor will follow up at certain time and date and no one ever called back. Total waste of time. You have been warned.
Calls so far have been quick and to the point. My questions (although are of the simpler variety), were answered quickly. The teller was quick and efficient and there was no wait. Decent service and wait times.
I have been with HSBC Canada for over 25 years. I called to ask two simple questions. Can I purchase USD currency at this branch and what is the rate? The woman on the phone sounds like she is in the Philipines, took 15 minutes to give me the simple answer, put me on hold to check 3 times, ask for account number .. etc All irrelevant to the simple question. The customer service in person is always excellent, and becareful depositing cash in the machine, you must put it in the envelope unlike other banks and we have had cash ... read more
