Only morons would put a bank at that spot added to the fact that most people don’t work so they are always out , you can’t park!
Used online booking system to select an in-person appointment with a mortgage specialist. We turn up and the person isn't able to answer any of our questions and says that we need to speak with a mortgage specialist!?! We are then told that the mortgage specialist will give us a call. Over a week later and still no call. Another terrible RBC branch experience for me.
Not trying to be helpful
There needs to be a zero star rating especially for this place customer service is trash and there was no one in line or behind me. The teller seemed to not even care or wait until I finished telling him about my issue before he said that they don’t do that at the branch and walked off. I was just asking for a temporary card.
Never recommend anyone go this branch. Ever since RBC acquired HSBC, the experience at this location has been consistently unacceptable. I had hoped the change might improve the service, but unfortunately, it seems to have stayed the same—or somehow gotten even worse. Every single visit, no matter the time of day, feels like an exhausting ordeal, often taking 35 minutes or more just to withdraw a small amount of cash. I left feeling frustrated EVERY TIME.
