The worst RBC I have ever dealt with since 1992 They should close this branch down.
The teller or clerk was very efficient and knowledgeable. My work was done in a few minutes
Mediocrity is the first word that comes to my mind. The lack of professionalism is just surreal. 2 categories of employees, young people who will never give you the right information, 2nd category, older generation, seniors, full of rudeness and arrogance, still giving approximate harsh answers. Both seem to struggle and hate what they are doing. I’m planning to change to another bank, as they have no clue how to work or treat their customers.
