Mediocrity is the first word that comes to my mind. The lack of professionalism is just surreal. 2 categories of employees, young people who will never give you the right information, 2nd category, older generation, seniors, full of rudeness and arrogance, still giving approximate harsh answers. Both seem to struggle and hate what they are doing. I’m planning to change to another bank, as they have no clue how to work or treat their customers.

Really awful service, they aren't professional at all, is that a bank or a flea market? Why the employees there are so terrible? It's a real shame

I booked an appointment online with a Nicholas Bao at this branch two weeks in advance. Half an hour before the appointment, a system generated text message was sent to me to cancel my appointment. No phone call nor any explanation before or after. Unbelievable.

Took a variable mortgage as was given incorrect information and explanation on how much the penalty would be applicable on a fixed rate. I was conveyed an extremely high lump sum figure and was not explained that it would be similar to variable rate penalty if interest rates increase. Which was conveyed to me later after multiple increases. As a result of which i am suffering and no viable customer friendly solution provided by HSBC as of date.
