I am extremely disappointed with the service at this RBC branch. As a business account holder, I have experienced unacceptable rudeness from a specific teller on at least four separate occasions. The employee in question an older blonde female has consistently shown an unprofessional, passive-aggressive attitude that feels subtle yet clearly biased against Asian customers.
