I visited RBC regarding an issue with my business account card. Unfortunately, I was assisted by a staff member named Greade, who has blonde hair. I found her manner to be unprofessional and disrespectful. I expected to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, but my experience was very disappointing. Because of the way I was treated, I do not feel comfortable returning to this branch.

The manager is very slow. They don’t know what they’re doing. Paying off a car loan took them ages to figure out.
The closest RBC branch for me, location is very convenient in Uptown core Oakville, and staff are friendly and helpful, thank you so much.
