Worst financial company I've ever dealt with. Garbage customer care, app is just an extension of the website, and you're ALWAYS on hold unless opening up a credit card.
Beware of HSBC. If there is ever a fraudulent charge on your card, you will be held responsible. You will get the runaround and no help from the branch whatsoever, be asked to cover the fraudulent charges up front, and reimbursed pending the result of the police investigation. Meanwhile the bank will not even respond to the police detective's requests for information.

The female staff, who assisted me in opening the checking account, wasn't friendly. She needs to show the positive & happy attitude towards the customers.
