I came in with an uncommon issue, and they worked with me and quickly resolved it.
one of the worst banks I have banked with. total apathy for the customer situation. closing an account with them is bad. It was a nightmare banking with HSBC.
These poor people have zero staff right now. I applaud their efforts. Let's see how well all these folks complaining do under the same circumstances. 5 stars!!!!
