Never come to this branch as the service is terrible. Came to get a Cashiers check and the teller tells me that due to security they cannot verify me even with license and multiple credit cards. I never had issues in other branches except this place. Spent 1 hour talking to two tellers and the manager and with no result. I had to go to my regular branch to resolve. Don’t waste your time at this dump.
Terrible customer service, a hypocritical manager that does not wear a mask in her office, but makes others do. Also, they tried to tell me that they don’t accept Coins as a form of payment, but would make a one time exception. HSBC is a dishonest bank that does not care about there customers or there rights. Stay away from them & take your money elsewhere.
