The app is super smart and says it can't accept a check because it can't read the numbers on it. So I decided to go to a ATM/bank. First went to Santa Clara branch just to realize it is closed recently. Then went to Saratoga branch. I expected bank to be closed on Saturday, but ATM should be open. HSBC ATM is not 24x7? It is locked inside the bank.
I would rate 0 if I could. Don't save a penny here, that's my advice
Very helpful bank. They make sure you meet your banking goals, whether with online or in-person visits.
HSBC online registration is is the most stupid and time-consuming registration I have ever done for any bank.
No one picks up the phone! When you get to the branch, so few employees there to help you! The employees are at the branch are not knowledgeable! Bad customer service!!!
