If HSBC is trying to attract customers by it's finical products, the customer service here definitely drives away customers - the existing & the new. The staff here just have no idea what is a good manner, let along, good customer service... So sad.

Unethical business practices. I have reported them to Consumer Financial protection Bureau. Promise of sign up bonus but can't get it and can't get a answer as to why.
