I really love this branch, yet it will be amalgamated soon with Yonge & Orchardview branch (That is terrible nightmare !) The frontline staff of this Yonge & Eglinton branch is extremely friendly and helpful especially Nicholas! Hope keep doing the good work.
Do not get a credit card with Rbc. They can’t help you over the phone to login to your online banking and access your money.
When one goes on break, there’s like five people in line. They don’t apologize. It’s way too long.
Morris Tsoi does an amazing work in this branch. He understands very well what customers need and always be ready to provide necessary support in a timely manner. With the merger of HSBC Canada to RBC, I really hope staff like him will get a bigger role in future RBC.
