When one goes on break, there’s like five people in line. They don’t apologize. It’s way too long.
Morris Tsoi does an amazing work in this branch. He understands very well what customers need and always be ready to provide necessary support in a timely manner. With the merger of HSBC Canada to RBC, I really hope staff like him will get a bigger role in future RBC.

Ultimately incompetent, all of them, the linear staff and the management.
Laughably bad. Of all the banks I've ever dealt with, HSBC is by far the most incompetent. Can't figure out the most basic things like how to accept payment for a credit card in cash. When I tried to open a savings account to pay it through that, they said that would take a week. Was told everything should be done online. Then why does this branch even need to exist? Wow.
