I contacted this company via their on-line contact form stating that I wanted to get a quote to replace an existing external staircase. Despite confirmation of my request submission I am still waiting for a response after more than 3 weeks. I have no view of the quality of work this company provides nor how reasonably they price their work but their total disrespected to a potential new customer says a lot to me and the reason for the low rating. Good luck if you approach them.
We spoke on the phone about wireless baluster installation, and he seemed keen to help, with a productive conversation. However, when I tried to follow up to follow up and book in the work, he vanished. Not one reply to a text, voicemail, or repitive phone call attempts. Sorry, but if you do the Houdini tradie thing, expect 1 star. And that's coming from a fellow carpenter.
