Great customer service - will be back again and again
From calling up to getting there to leaving. The whole experience was great. Great customer service and real down to earth people. Got two Subaru Headlights that perfectly worked. Would recommend highly.
Quick response to queries and good price but in person customer service was terrible. Although they were informed of when we were coming to get the part, it had to be removed by us (requiring the use of tools) and we were then asked for 2.5x the price originally quoted. We got the part for the original price but it was a lot of hassle. Not sure I'd use these guys again. Also, cash only and no change provided.
