I made a telephone enquiry today Dec 20th, 2023, I spoke with Suhail , he was very helpful and had time to explain my different options to fix my toilet cistern problem.We talked for about 12 minutes and time is valuable.In future I will contact HSA, 38, Cumberland Road, Middlesbrough if I require parts or advice. Went in to HSA this morning complaining about a leak coming from my high level toilet flush pipe. The staff were friendly and approachable and refused to take payment for the parts they gave me to try out for free - they were the right parts! (They were just rubber seals before you go in asking for a free toilet)! I also noticed they have an outstanding bathroom showroom with top of the range suites on display. So do pop in, if you're looking for a bathroom!
