This is the worst FSA manager the company has ever worked with. They're communication takes days, I tried calling today and was on hold for 30 minutes and then my call was dropped before they ever picked up. They flag the most ridiculous things and it takes them weeks to ask for clarification.

Haven't been able to log in my account for a month on the HSA mobile app. They said they're doing site maintenance. For a month! What they don't want to say, is they got hacked. They are dishonest. And they took my funds out of Schwab and put it in their goofy investment program. Which is substandard at best.
They claimed to have sent a replacement card in the mail, but it never came. Then, over a month later after a second replacement card was sent, they closed the card, with no warning or explanation. This is a trash business that is likely run by vulture capitalists with plans to bankrupt it soon. Meanwhile, what else can we do but wait, aggrieved, at the gates of hell?
