Absolutely terrible customer service!
Stay away from online customer service. It rises to a new level of incompetence. This bank should be closed down and taken over by any other bank. It's lack of customer service should be investigated by even our incompetent government.
One of the worst administrators I had the displeasure to deal with. It’s clear my former employer went with the cheapest administrator for HSAs. No one in their right mind would pick these guys willingly.
If you unfortunately have to have your funds here. They are TRAPPED even if you officially issue a transfer request multiple times. It is day 46 and HSA bank is "still doing research" on why they haven't written a check to Lively yet. They did however charge me $3.00 last month as holding my $36,000 in cash was not enough to avoid the automatic fee apparently. Highly recommend some attorney general REVOKE their rights as an HSA custodian as they clearly violate their fiduciary responsibilies.
Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Do not open an HSA account here. First, we weren’t able to log on to our account and spent hours on the phone with inept service reps from obvious overseas call center. Even though we were finally able to log on, our experience was so abysmal, we decided to move our HSA account to another bank.
