If I could give 0 stars I would! I have cash in my HSA account with HSA Bank. On April 7, they received the appropriate form, requesting a trustee-to-trustee transfer to my credit union. Today is April 24 and I'm still waiting. I've spoken to customer service reps on 3 occasions over the last 2 weeks. Each time I've been told it's in process and to check back in 7-10 days. My claim was inexplicably held up for some security reason. They insisted I call. I called and to verify they wanted me to have the tax form they sent me. I was looking for it and the call disconnected. Now I cannot get into the website or reset my password. I'm effectively locked out and they still owe me for my claim. Edit: I called again and they were able to sort things out. Thank you.

Transferred 3x only to be told my employer needs to update my address. Jenna could not care less she was short , rude and kept cutting me off when trying to explain I have done this already. Back to square one
