Was too busy opening his new store he never came back for a reinstall after a bad install even after constantly calling and being told sure sure. I gave up It’s now been 5 years. I’m waiting for my pool to collapse.
Super nice people and great family run business. We just got a heated pool put in this April, 2025 and I couldn't be happier. They are a great family run business and have been around for a long time. Now we just added a little beach/sandbox too. They also recommend a great place for a deck. I never thought I could have a yard like this in Chicago, but they helped and made sure everything was perfect. Jose and his team did a phenomenal job for today’s installation. The job was done neatly and the whole team was great- this was all done in one day, which was amazing. The importance for me was efficiency and an affordable price. I would recommend H&S to my family and friends for going above and beyond.
