I felt so good after leaving here, I'm still kind of shocked honestly. I just walked in on a whim with no appointment and they fit me in right away which NEVER happens for me anywhere. The stylist actually listened to what i wanted and didnt try to talk me into something else. My haircut came out way better than i expected for a random place i found on maps. The whole vibe was chill and no one rushed me out even though they were busy. Definitely going back next time i need a trim.
Staff was very friendly. Paid Newport price for the service received and when I had an issue regarding my color I tried to reach the salon (left 2 voicemails and texted) and never heard back. Had to pay to get a toner to color correct reddish orange root color in a reverse balyage.
It was my first time at this salon and I booked my appointment online. Lylia my hair dresser is very professional, I got a root touch up and she blow dry and style my hair. I am very glad that I found this salon and a new hair stylist in my area. Thank you Lylia and see you soonz
