Staff was very friendly. Paid Newport price for the service received and when I had an issue regarding my color I tried to reach the salon (left 2 voicemails and texted) and never heard back. Had to pay to get a toner to color correct reddish orange root color in a reverse balyage.
It was my first time at this salon and I booked my appointment online. Lylia my hair dresser is very professional, I got a root touch up and she blow dry and style my hair. I am very glad that I found this salon and a new hair stylist in my area. Thank you Lylia and see you soonz

BEAUTIFUL!! Amy is so incredibly talented, i did not expect this good of a haircut im super impressed. She communicated really well she did exactly what i wanted (V cut with long layers) She was so kind and warm-hearted. Thank you so much☺️🤍
