0 service à la clientèle, au lieu d'être courtois et aidant ils sont plutôt condescendant et ils se foutent de perdre le temps des gens. Retard sur rendez-vous et ils répondent de manière condescendante quand on pose des questions sur la qualité des produits et des examens.
J'y suis allée sans RDV en urgence et sans mes documents. J' ai quand même été reçue comme une princesse. Gros coup de coeur á une équipe qui comprend qu'on débarque lors d'un moment stressant et inconfortable
