The team here is excellent. I broke my ankle a few weeks ago and I had received my prescription for the aircast boot at the very last minute (I didn't know my cast was being removed that day). They were so accommodating for my last minute appointment. The attention to detail was incredible and you are good hands to get what you need during such a vulnerable period as an injury or adjustment to new mobility.

0 service à la clientèle, au lieu d'être courtois et aidant ils sont plutôt condescendant et ils se foutent de perdre le temps des gens. Retard sur rendez-vous et ils répondent de manière condescendante quand on pose des questions sur la qualité des produits et des examens.
