DO NOT TAKE YOUR Ferrari here. This place is an absolute CLOWN SHOW from start to finish. The so-called “mechanics,” if you can even call them that, are a bunch of buffoons who clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Who did they even hire here? Harris and Giuseppe remind me of Dumb & Dumber. I brought my car here because Ferrari told me the battery the life of my Pista Spider was coming to an end, they have discontinued the original battery, and they offered a conversion I was reluctant to get. Per recommendation from a Ferrari Club member, I asked H&S to look into alternatives, and they happily agreed to work on the car. Things started going downhill from there.
