H&S foundation company poured foundation, installed a patio drain and extended our gutters. They suggested this comprehensive solution for our severe water/soil erosion around the house. They implemented the solution with knowledge and skill and in a timely manner. The quote was very reasonable and they were a great group of guys to work with. We had to have a full crawl space encapsulation done with mold removal and moisture control. H&S was timely, professional, and about half the price of another large local company that tried to upsale us on products we didn't need but they claimed were necessary for them to do the job. H&S saved us time and money, and Francisco was such a pleasure to work with and talk to.
