I work there under their mohela contract and I just want to say I LOVE THIS JOB. I saw a lot of bad reviews while I can't speak for other departments working there in mine has been a dream. I come from 13 years of working cell phone retail and 15 years over all in retail. Let me tell you I've worked for some bad company's and hs fincial is far from one of them. LaQuitta is amazing and awesome, she was able to work with me and help set up a plan of action to get the account situated and closed. Superior customer service and understanding skills. It’s not fun paying off a collection or debt but she did help a lot throughout the process. If you have to deal with this agency, I recommend LaQuitta.
Worst place to work!!! You have a better time finding a better job somewhere else trust me
Extremely unprofessional. Staff doesn't know basic financial laws/policies and is extremely rude.
