On August 24, I went to the barbershop and had John cut my hair. The haircut was originally supposed to cost $22 because of a discount on the app, but after the haircut, he tried to charge me $40 even though he did not cut my facial hair. We went back and forth about the price, and I asked him to get his manager. I ended up paying $25. I came in with my son who is 3yrs old looking to get a shape up . The barber left a bald spot right in the middle of his hairline . Very unprofessional. He tried to play it off as he didn’t want to push his hairline back but already had messed up. DO NOT bring your kids here . When trying to contact them to speak to the owner no one would answer the phone .
they messed my haircut up so bad i had to go bald shame on them !!!!!
Worse barber shop in new Britain do not go here then got the nerve to charge 40 for a 3 year old taper there literally garbage every last one working there the barber shop next to them 10 times better I’m not understanding how they gave him a bald spot in middle of his head
I had a 12:30 PM appointment for a haircut and beard trim and arrived early, around 12:20 PM. Because I was driving a larger vehicle, I called multiple times to ask where I should park, since it needed more space than a normal car and I didn’t want to risk being towed.
