There have been so many screw up and complications outside the pharmacy’s control and they’ve been wonderful to address and fix things immediately. Would give 10 stars if I could
I have varied experiences with this pharmacy. The first go around was easy, great customer service. I am getting “regular” rx’s, not compounded and they seemed to be happy to help with that. My second experience, not so much. Was told they are mostly a “dermatology” compound pharmacy and they couldn’t order my non-dermatology non-compound rx. The weird part is I spoke to a woman a month ago who reassured me she could help me with a certain manufacturer once it was in stock. Today, a man told me they don’t do that and he coul... read more
