Horrible service. Back and forth emails took over one calendar year to get me enrolled with Medicare. A year. Non-English speakers for the most part made the process harder when speaking on the phone. Delays on so many different ends. My advice would be to get enrolled on your own accord rather than trust this company with your business. Lost potential hundreds even thousands of patients because of their incompetence. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Not good service. Asked about credentialing and he said I wouldn't get credentialed. Did not try to listen to me saying I'm already credentialed and just needed help with getting credentialed more. "Ed" fights with client instead of trying to listen and provide service.
