Terrible customer service. They were due to call me to book in an appointment as part of a group booking, however after waiting over a week, I had to call them. They could not find our property at first and then told me I was not on the list for them to attend. I had explained that I was on the list, but the woman on the phone would not have it. I enquired them to change my MHVR. Communication with Alona has been amazing, providing a super quick and professional explanation to all my doubts. It was a pleasure to deal with HRV.
I had missing order parts and design schematics from The Air Shop which this group manages. I spoke to Stuart Barclay (Business Operations Director) who has not resolved our missing design or air flow calculations. He continues to fob me off. Avoid working with this firm at all costs.
Awful company, stay well clear. Their communication is terrible, takes months to get an appointment, then they send an engineer round who doesn't know what they're doing and misdiagnoses the issue. Its taken us months to try get our air filter fixed, its an absolute joke. Then they send you an invoice for the extra work, never using this company again. Awful.
I used HRV Group back in 2019 to service my system and all went well. I phoned in August to ask them back for another service and to additionally quote for some other work, the person I spoke with on the phone was curt and unhelpful. After going round in circles for a short while I was instructed to email as they could not find me in their system.
