Nice people, very experienced, they really know their stuff when it comes to ventilation.
My MVHR unit became noisy so I arranged HRV group engineer for a servicing. The servicing itself went ok and the engineer told me the motor bearing is worn and (the motor) needs replacement. After waiting for a repair quote for one week, they phone and told me they've contacted Nuaire the manufacturer and they are unable to provide spare parts as the unite is obsolete. Sad to leave a bad review as the engineer who came out was nice but attended hours late. Then I asked for a quote for a new vent system to be replaced and they said the person who had attended had been let go! They took a while to come back and then said they’d decided not to proceed with the job! Really confusing!
Dreadful company. Took ages to respond to me chasing them for an appt after paying them the up front fee. Then cancelled on me on the day, 40mins after the appt was due because of a “family emergency”. Then rescheduled to a different day and never turned up. Abysmal.
Terrible customer service. They were due to call me to book in an appointment as part of a group booking, however after waiting over a week, I had to call them. They could not find our property at first and then told me I was not on the list for them to attend. I had explained that I was on the list, but the woman on the phone would not have it.
