I had an awful experience with HRT Contracting Incorporated, specifically with David. I hired him to fix a plumbing issue, and he assured me the job would be done professionally. After taking full payment upfront, David never returned to complete it. He also lied to me, claiming that the plumber he sent worked for him, but I later discovered he had hired someone off Craigslist. The situation worsened, and the plumbing issue remained unresolved.
