I called Monday evening to see if he could get me in Tuesday morning to figure out where the noise was coming from on my 8.1 liter on my motorhome. He said come right on in and we will try to figure it out. I arrived and he started working on it right away. Turned out to be my alternator making the noise and my idle pulley was going bad. He replaced them for me and had me out of there before noon. Thank you so much! Worth noting he accepts cash or Zelle for payment.
What an amazing guy Tom is. I'm a young girl, driven all the way from canada going mexico just me and my dog and a very tight budget. My car let me down big style, not just one of the easy things either! I don't think there are enough words in the English language to explain how hardworking, honest , reliable and trustworthy Tom is. He worked so hard to get all the parts and do the job....and Ford wanted to make me pay 1000s! He helped me out in a real mess and stopped me from getting ripped off! Tom saved us today! Our car had lost power and we were not sure we were going to make it to our next stop. Tom had just arrived at his shop on a Saturday morning and immediately offered to help us. He kept checking the car until he found the issue and within just a couple of hours we were back on the road. A true angel! Very friendly, funny, and fairly priced. Thanks Tom!!
