My She Sews Shack was a big empty leaky shed…Sanford is very knowledgeable about how to make it a useable work space for me to sew! He did it all: dry wall, AC install, windows in doors, leveling floor, hanging shelves & lights, on top of stopping the leaks! Very pleased with his work! At a fair price! I highly recommend him if you have a project in mind!
Sanford did great work for us in our kitchen. Very responsive when contacted regarding opportunity. He kept us informed throughout the project - days & time he was going to work. Clean-up was standard when he finished for the day. He also does numerous handy man jobs for my widowed sister. A most trustworthy individual who always arrives with a positive attitude toward his work & life!
Sanford is my go to for any services I need around the house. He is very truth worthy and he has great attention to detail. I would recommend him to anyone that needs work done to your house!
I’ve used HRS Property Services for a number of jobs in my home. One of which was a rather complicated (yet creative) use of a two piece China hutch I own. Sanford helped determine the best and most stable solution for securing the piece to the wall and added the enhancements I desired. I am soooo thrilled with the end result and get tons of compliments on the work done. I would not hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to friends and family. (In fact, I have!).
Professional and friendly. Sanford laid a real oak floor beautifully, knew where to go for quality materials and listened to my ideas, adapting plans to work them in. I highly recommend him but only after he finishes the next project I have on my list!
