We called their office this morning about 7:50 a.m., when we woke up to the heater not working. The owner, Jeremiah I believe, came out to the house by 9:00 a.m. He tested and found out the igniter was bad. Replaced it right then and he was done by 9:30ish. We now have heat again, thanks to their prompt attention. We are going to have them take over the yearly serving of our heating unit. We can’t thank them enough.

Contacted HRS for an HVAC replacement. They came out and quoted the next day. Their price came in $1500 dollars lower than providers for the same size and branded unit. HRS offered the exact same financing as the larger companies also. It was less than a week before everything was installed and working. Our electricity costs have dropped by over $100 a month since the install. The two gentlemen in charge were very friendly and approachable.
