Disappointing experience with HRS. Despite my explicit efforts to avoid extra charges by moving furniture myself, I was still billed $230 for "moving furniture". After days spent moving furniture myself before they arrived and taking off work the day of, the workers insisted on moving only four pieces of furniture (a table, couch, and two mattresses) across the room, despite my repeated offers to do it myself. Their guys came out a leveled a bad spot and replaced the tile flooring in our kitchen long after installation. Great service and excellent crew.
