It's a shame when you want to spend money but a supposed business doesn't want to take it! I contacted this company about having new flooring installed into my bath, I provided measurements, selected the flooring, gave my email and then never heard another thing from them. I wasted my time with the consultation because the business has never gone beyond this point, I guess that I should've believed that reviews as it's been silent after working out my request. Disappointing experience with HRS. Despite my explicit efforts to avoid extra charges by moving furniture myself, I was still billed $230 for "moving furniture". After days spent moving furniture myself before they arrived and taking off work the day of, the workers insisted on moving only four pieces of furniture (a table, couch, and two mattresses) across the room, despite my repeated offers to do it myself.
