We purchased a standby generator from Costco and had it installed by another electrician. We signed a contract with HRS for the annual maintenance and service as our electrician does not service generators. We had a manufacturer defect that needed to be resolved and HRS did this for us under the warranty. They come every year to complete the service and the Techs are very nice and honest and have no issues with my hundreds of questions I always ask them while they are here.
Owner makes inappropriate racial remarks to customers and employees
HRS did a great job with our Generac install. They answered or technical questions so we knew what to expect and the installation was seamless. No mess at all. The gas technician was efficient and highly professional, and everything was tested to ensure it was functioning properly. Awesome job!
