Team is always friendly and professional, contacts me timely about follow up, easy to get a walk in appointment, and Dr. O'Hara is great, very thorough and great bedside manner.
This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. I highly recommend not seeing Taryn Barret. I met her twice and asked for a referral and was in a lot of pain. She ran a test she said would take a few days and it took 2 weeks. She didn’t right the referral as we discussed and after repeated phones calls asking for a call back she personally never called me.
When I had some issues with scheduling, they eventually did get me in to see my provider. There is good care here. It's just spread thin.
They just called me up to schedule an appointment and immediately asked for me by my dead name.....this has been going on for more than two years. I'm indigent can't afford to drive to uc health........so my only option is to endure this abuse, file complaint with Colorado, and protest infront if the office I suppose
Brian Burnaught is the worst doctor imaginable. He walked in asked me to take my shirt off without offering a gown. He jammed his fingers in my armpits (i have a large painful lump) He sat down while going through my prognosis and asked what I would like to do? I am clearly here to be helped. I waited over an hour not in the waiting room but for Mr. B to walk in and walk out in under five minutes. I wish i had jill mcqueen instead. Its so disheartening because my first visit wad exceptional and this DR made me feel so small.
