Damaged exterior, returned vehicle with missing parts, couldn’t deliver finished product like promised
I was in the middle of nowhere with broken car and nothing but a glimpse of hope that this place will be open on King’s birthday…Even Wineries and Breweries could not bring joy to my life…But suddenly my call was answered and car was fixed in a matter of 25 minutes. This made my trip home possible! Thank you!
Saved my rear end, late last year. Was up from Melbourne, doing some offroading when I had a part failure which lead to a brake hose failing. Got put onto HRR by Pirtek when they couldn't make me a new brake hose. The team at HRR made me a new hose as I waited. Price was very affordable and service was prompt and professional. Will be dropping in again next time I am in the area.
Failed pink slip but not willing to explain what it needed to fix to pass. Will never use them again stay away zero customer service
